It is understood we may pass information received from the client onto third parties who will be entitled to pass this information elsewhere.

All loans are subject to status. Your home is at risk if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any loan secured on it. Written quotations are available on request.

Any information provided by you will be held by ourselves and any partnering companies. This information may be used to inform you of any products or services offered by us or any third parties. If you do not wish to be informed of any products or services you may ask us not to do so.

I/we agree that Swift Loans Limited may contact any third parties for references or verification of employment details and agree for this information to be passed on to us.

I/we agree that Swift Loans Limited may conduct a credit search with a licensed credit reference agency to verify my identity and perform a credit assessment. I understand that the credit reference agency will note a record of that search on my credit file. I also understand that if I take out a loan, details of how I act on this account may be passed to the credit reference agency. The loan lender and other organisations may also conduct credit reference searches for the purpose of fraud or money laundering prevention.

I/we agree that I have authority from any other persons named on the loan application that they may have a credit reference agency search on them.
